Includes: personalized program, and hands-on guidance for 1-2 people to meet your specific needs and goals. Choose how many times you’d like to meet per week in-studio.
Best for: beginners and those looking for accountability and motivation in-person
Group Fitness
Includes: semi-private group training for 6-8 people. This group is focused around full strength and conditioning accommodated to your level of expertise and goals.
Best for: those looking to be apart of a community of strong women
Offered: 7:05am M/W/F, 5:45pm M-TH, 11am on Sundays
Online Coaching
Includes: a personalized program (workout or nutrition), virtual guidance through the app, weekly check-ins, and resource sharing to help you meet your fitness goals.
Best for: intermediates with access to their own gym
